Starting September 2011, at Controller-Institut Romania: a new session of Certified Controller Programme, the first specialized programme for the Controller occupation

Certified Controller is the first programme in Romania ensuring specialization in the newly recognized occupation of Controller (code COR 241963, Specialist in the planning, control and reporting of the economic performance). Certified Controller addresses to managers and specialists in controlling, finance and accounting, who want to upgrade their career by enhancing their practical experience and skills with an extensive and up-to-date controlling training.

With a 25-year international experience, Controller-Institut is a leading partner for business administration training and management competence development. Controller-Institut is offering high quality training with a strong focus on its well established areas of expertise - Controlling, Finance, Strategy and Management. Module 1 - Controlling and Management

Module 2a - Controlling Tools (2 days) Financial Accounting and IFRS

Module 2b - Controlling Tools (3 days) Management Accounting

Module 2c - Controlling Tools (2 days) Financing and Investment

Module 3a - Controlling Processes (3 days) Budgeting and Planning

Module 3b - Controlling Processes (2 days) Reporting and Decision Support

Module 4 - Leadership and Strategy (2 days) Strategic Performance Management

Module 5 - Programme Capstone (1 day) Controller Occupation

Final exam to obtain the certificate.
